Measures to prevent infections with COVID-19 and for hygiene
- Persons -(clients as well as personal)- who are showing signs of a respiratory infection or even have fever may not enter the studio. Please cancel any appointments by phone call if such symptoms devellop or if you have been in contact with an infected person.
- Treatments are carried out only by appointment, where the clients are obliged to give name, phone number and email adress, to be able to track any infection chains.
- When entering the shop, we ask the customers to wash their hands thoroughly.
- There must be a minimum distance of 1.5 to 2 meters between customers. For this purpose, in the approx. 80 m² rooms next to the treating staff (Portia and employee), a maximum of two customers can be treated and another one can sit in the waiting area.
- The treating staff wears an FFp-2mouth and nose protection (surgical mask) and vinyl gloves with every treatment.
- All customers are also required to wear an FFP-2 face mask, that covers mouth and nose properly. If you don't bring your own, you can get one here. If for medical reasons it is impossible to wear a mask, this must be shown with a personal certificate issued by a medical doctor. We reserve our right to possibly refuse the treatment of persons who do not wear a mask.
- Marks may be placed on the floor which must be respected to maintain the distance.
- Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide drinks as usual.
- Customers are asked to pay as cashless and contactless as possible.
- To avoid the accumulation of microdroplets, the rooms are ventilated every hour. Additionally an air filter machine operates in every room, which with its HEPASilent™-Technology reaches a filter efficiency of minimum 99,97% for particles greater than 0,1 mikrometer. These machines clean the entire air volume of the room two times per hour.
- Because the client and the practitioner sit opposite each other at the manicure, the client is separated from the practitioner with an acrylic glass partition 80x100cm on the nail table, whereby a hand can be passed through a 10 cm high cutout.
- After each treatment, the customer side of the partition is cleaned with water and disinfectant.
- All towels are used only once and are washed daily in a washing machine at 60 °C.
- Wash basins and floors are cleaned frequently and contact surfaces are cleaned using disinfectant detergent.
- During the pedicure, the customer lies stretched out on a cosmetic bed. This ensures a minimum distance of 1.5 m between the heads.
-
For treatments on the face, the customer lies stretched out on a cosmetic bed. The treating person is wearing a face mask of FFP2 standard and UVEX safety glasses. Most of the treatment is done standing from behind over the head, similar distance as in hairdressers. If a special proximity to the treatment of impurities of the facial skin is necessary (cleaning especially with acne), a magnifying lamp (diameter approx. 30 cm) serves as an additional separation from the customer.
-
When waxing hair on parts of the body, such as arms, legs, stomach, chest, back and intimate area, the customer lies stretched out on a cosmetic bed. The treating woman wears an FFP-2 mask and UVEX safety glasses, as well as vinyl gloves. The customer must wear an FFP-2 mask as well.
The following has always been part of daily service at Jelwana Nails & Beauty:
- All workplaces are cleaned up and cleaned after each treatment.
- All tools that come into contact with customers are disinfected after use in the UV sterilizer.
- Tools that can take it are also sprayed with disinfectant in front of the customer.
- A personal nail file is used for each customer and stored in a box labeled with the name.
- At the beginning of the manicure or pedicure, the customer's hands or feet are washed thoroughly.
- For the treatments mostly vinyl gloves are worn, which are changed after each customer
